Welcome to Victory Rental and Safaris. By accessing or using our website or booking a safari or travel service with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation or using our services.

1. Booking & Payment

Reservation Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after we receive a completed booking form together with the required deposit or full payment, as applicable.

Deposit & Final Payment

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days before your safari or tour departure date.
For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Payment Methods

We accept payments via:

Bank Transfer
Credit/Debit Card
Approved Online Payment Gateways

Any bank transfer charges or transaction fees are the responsibility of the client.

2. Pricing

Price Includes

Unless otherwise stated, our prices include:

Accommodation
Meals as specified in the itinerary
National park and conservation fees
Ground transportation
Professional safari guide services
Activities listed in the confirmed itinerary

Price Excludes

Our prices do not include:

International or domestic flights (unless specified)
Visa fees
Travel insurance
Tips and gratuities
Personal expenses
Optional tours or activities not listed in the itinerary

Price Adjustments

Victory Rental and Safaris reserves the right to adjust prices due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

Government tax increases
National park fee changes
Fuel price fluctuations
Currency exchange rate variations
Third-party supplier price adjustments

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by the Client

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Cancellation charges are as follows:

More than 60 days before departure: Loss of deposit
59–31 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost
30 days or less before departure: 100% of the total tour cost (No Refund)

Cancellation by Victory Rental and Safaris

We reserve the right to cancel or modify a trip due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters
Political instability
Severe weather conditions
Government restrictions
Other force majeure events

In such cases, we may offer either:

A full refund of payments made to us; or
The option to reschedule the trip.

We are not responsible for additional expenses incurred by clients, including airline tickets, accommodation booked independently, or travel-related costs.

4. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all guests.

Your insurance should include coverage for:

Medical emergencies
Emergency evacuation
Trip cancellation
Personal belongings
Travel delays
Personal liability

Proof of insurance may be requested before your safari begins.

5. Travel Documents

It is the responsibility of every traveler to ensure they possess valid travel documents, including:

A passport valid for at least six (6) months after the travel date
Appropriate tourist visa(s)
Required vaccination certificates (such as Yellow Fever where applicable)
Any other documentation required by Tanzanian authorities

Victory Rental and Safaris accepts no responsibility for denied entry due to incomplete documentation.

6. Health & Safety

Your safety and well-being are our highest priorities.

However, participation in safaris, trekking, hiking, wildlife activities, and other outdoor adventures involves inherent risks.

By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Victory Rental and Safaris shall not be held liable for:

Illness
Injury
Accidents
Loss or theft of personal belongings
Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control

Guests participate in all activities at their own risk.

7. Itinerary Changes

While every effort is made to operate tours exactly as planned, Victory Rental and Safaris reserves the right to modify itineraries when necessary due to:

Weather conditions
Wildlife movements
Road conditions
Safety concerns
Accommodation availability
Operational requirements

Any changes will always be made in the best interest of our guests and the overall travel experience.

8. Limitation of Liability

Victory Rental and Safaris acts as an agent for hotels, lodges, airlines, transport providers, and other third-party service providers.

We shall not be held liable for:

Delays
Injury
Loss
Damage
Accidents
Inconvenience
Force majeure events

caused by any third-party service provider.

9. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to:

Respect local customs and traditions
Follow park regulations
Respect wildlife and the environment
Follow the instructions of guides and staff

Victory Rental and Safaris reserves the right to terminate any tour without refund if a guest’s behavior is considered dangerous, disruptive, illegal, or disrespectful toward people, wildlife, or property.

10. Photography & Media

Unless otherwise requested in writing before your tour begins, Victory Rental and Safaris may use photographs or videos taken during your safari for promotional and marketing purposes, including:

Website
Social media
Brochures
Advertisements

Guests who do not wish to appear in promotional material should notify us before the start of their trip.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tanzania.
